Letter came from QDR today. That was actually the motorway services pcn.
CP plus was the company. Then passed to Zzps
That offence occurred on 10/04/2017
There was no offence.
CP Plus can't hold keepers liable.
Did you search the forum and find the other QDR thread showing the awful, misleading letter they sent (same as yours?) and advising that a person replies to it in Johnersh style?
