Ill keep anything that comes by registered post. Other than that i bin it as if it was junk mail, which it pretty much is.
There's no evidence i have received any letters or texts.
As for the motorway service one, ive no idea who the company is.0 -

WRONG, registered post is not a requirement.

I'm sure you will eventually find out who the PPC was at the MSA, I'm gone!0 -
I've been a bit confused as i had chucked everything out before now.
Why do you keep all the letters for years, if they aren't legal documents.
How could they prove I've received anything anyway?
Letter came from QDR today. That was actually the motorway services pcn.
CP plus was the company. Then passed to Zzps
That offence occurred on 10/04/2017
Zenith Collections are acting on behalf of UK parking patrol office for the airport.

Don’t forget, PPCs have not been averse to attempting to hoodwink the courts in order to achieve judgments against motorists by selectively quoting from and even producing false documents. If you haven’t got your own copies, I’m sure you won’t be able to remember the details of what you received in 2017 if you’re in front of a judge in 2023.Why do you keep all the letters for years, if they aren't legal documents. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Highlighting is mine:Don't reply or phone QDR they are not all they seem, a subsidiary of Wright Hassall, previously known as Quantum Debt Recovery, I suspect they are acting as debt collectors with this.
A solicitor acting on behalf of a client is unlikely to send a text message out of the blue.0 -

If the airport one times out in November, what about the motorway services one, which has already passed the 6 month mark?0
