You are not understanding, the whole thing is a scam

You have not been served anything, all you have is a letter
making stupid threats.
The scam industry cannot serve official notices unless
it firstly went through court

As it is the same issue and you have been told it has been
discontinued, get the court to confirm and let us know

Yes will do thanks for the advice. I will let you know what the court says. I will be really disgusted if they have sent me a scam letter and signed form.

What do you mean a signed form ???

It's headed " Notice of Discontinuance". It looks official and quotes the courts. It's goes on to say To the Court

The claimant (tick box) discontinues all of this claim

It is signed BW Legal - Claimants solicitor and dated 9th October

Yes they have. I wondered about the six years but thought they might get away with it because of the previous claim?

OP said 18th, not 8th, so 6 years on Wednesday.

Yes it is but I didn't know if they could resurrect the same claim after a discontinuance? Sorry I am a newbie trying to find my way through this complex system.
