Thanks for the advice LOC123, will send to court tomorrow and let everyone know how it goes in due course.0

Thanks LOC123, I have copied this and amended with my own data, sent to ccbc tonight! I have also sent to CEL. Let's see if we have any joy!0

Sorry to jump on this thread. I think I have a similar thing. Claim form received was dated 10th October. I looked on this forum on the 19th Oct and followed the steps to respond to the claim online.....at that point I was oblivious to the fact that I had to wait for particulars. I thought I was doing the correct thing.
The particulars of claim then arrived on the 27th Oct, although the letter was dated 11th October.
Although the dates obviously differ is it the same as wanderer2426?
I feel totally out of my depth and the legal side is making my head spin. I feel I wish I had paid the initial invoice as this is so stressful :-(0 -

To answer queries about your situation on this thread can only lead to confusion.
There are hundreds of similar CEL threads, please don't post on them too.0 -
Ok. Sorry :-(0

You are not out of your depth, you have the SAME as everyone else and can simply copy. This is the EASIEST claim to have!
We win 99% of defended cases and have seen EVERY CEL case here discontinued.
You do not need to go anywhere else or pay any company, or try any other forum.
Get a grip and copy what you read on another thread exactly the same, and complain to the Court and to CEL with a copy of the envelope (keep the original safe) and file a decent defence as well.

If the POC were backdated and you kept the envelope that proved they were not posted when dated, PLEASE NOW forward the complaint you made to the CCBC, to another email address.
We need LOTS of these to fly into a specific inbox now:

Once that has been done, please confirm. We need to bombard the CCBC (specifically to Amanda Beck who is aware of this scam) with evidence about CEL.
Do this - even if you've already emailed a complaint - PLEASE forward it now!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just read this now so will forward my letter of complaint to this tomorrow.
Just to update everyone on my case, I received a response from the court basically saying my letter was a waste of time and that the court don't respond to such letters. I also received the questionnaire form the day before which I need to complete and return by 1st Dec.
Can anyone point me in the direction of the thread about how to fill in the questionnaire and what to do, ie do I send a copy to CEL?0 -
Can anyone point me in the direction of the thread about how to fill in the questionnaire and what to do, ie do I send a copy to CEL?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just wanted to update everyone on my case. I received a letter today from CEL saying they were discontinuing the claim, with a copy of form N279 - Notice of discontinuance that they had sent to the court. This followed a week after the court hearing letter advising of a court date in March. I'm presuming this means it's all done an dusted. Thanks to everyone on here who has helped and advised.0
