Re-switching to EE

Hi all, I'm looking to switch my broadband supplier as I'm coming to the end of my contract with Plusnet.
I've previously been with EE but as they seem to have the cheapest offering at present I'm wondering whether I am still eligible to take advantage of their new customer deals, given that I was already able to do that once before when I joined them first time round.
MSE seems to think I qualify as the details section on the EE deal on the broadband page says this:
However the terms on EE's own website seem to suggest otherwise (my bold):
Does anyone have any experience of joining EE for the second time and still being able to take advantage of their new customer offers?

"Who counts as a new customer?
Anyone who doesn't currently have EE broadband.

Broadband offers:
These introductory offers are available to customers living in our network area joining EE Broadband, direct with EE, for the first time.

"for the first time" usually just means for those not currently in contract with EE0 -
If it's over 12 months can't see it being a problem0

Could well be a reason for rejection as their ‘for the first time’ is categorical- ie apply, but you have no reason to complain if they reject.0

I have just signed up for £299 + £7 delivery for upfront 18 months BB/Line Rental and I left EE 12 months ago to go with Sky. I did not see anything on their website about the £100 Mastercard, so hope I get it, but did go via TCB for £110 cashback, it has only tracked at £50 but I have claimed the Highest Cashback Guarantee Claim as Quidco are offering £115 which ends tonight.0

Appears you can't have Mastercard and TCB as obviously you can't click through both sites, EE have no record of me going via MSE so will not receive £100 Mastercard, hope I get the cashback from TCB.0

Hi bestace. I would advise giving our broadband team a call so they can clarify the terms of the offer for you. You can find our contact information on this link here: http://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch Thanks Sam.“Official Company Representative
I'm an official company representative of EE. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0
