What is the best monthly price achieved for fibre optic broadband including line line rental & and which company please.

Excluding cash back deals.

I actually use the MSE guide which is much better than uswitch - these are quoted deals - I’m after negotiated deals which may be better.

Negotiated deals vary and aren't always available. You'd do better to jump on an introductory deal for 12 months and you're likely to more success further down the line to get access to the retention deals under the threat of jumping ship.
