Ah, so they aren't filing the claim after all.
That notice is so misleading it's possibly criminal. See what you're up against?
When i first read it, it just felt like a threat, especially when no PCN of NTK has been received.0 -
Is there appeals information or company details on the back?
That is quite unlike the other UK CPM tickets I have seen.0 -
If your lease allows you to park there Ignore them until they try court.I do Contracts, all day every day.0

There is nothing. It is a leaflet, same paper quality as a leaflet too, thicker than a usual charge notice. No information whatsoever other than what you can see asking for money.0 -
In your picture you posted what was in the yellow wallet underneath the notice that is on top? Are you sure you have not received any other PCNs whilst at this property?I have never received a parking charge notice, nor any have been received in the post0 -

The leaflet thing was in the yellow wallet, tucked under my windscreen wiper.
I am 100% positive I have not received any PCNs that have been placed on the windscreen, nor yet to receive any NTKs.

Very odd, I don't think anyone has seen anything like that before. However, you say your MA are going to cancel any ticket you have been given ... but you don't either a) actually have a ticket or b) know of any tickets given to you ... not sure what the MA are going to do then and it doesn't resolve this notice you have been given for which you can do nothing about right now as it contains practically no information.
As mentioned above, I would be extremely concerned about a PPC operating in a Residential Car Park unless there were agreements whereby the MA promises to cancel any ticket given to a resident for whatever reason ... so be very careful.0
