Thanks, I've dealt with a couple of chargebacks before and have the POP filed safely away. However I don't think the buyer will take this route, firstly because I'm 99% sure he's lying about his "account being hacked" and secondly I don't think he would the common sense how to complete the procedure, he didn't seem like the sharpest tool in the box!0
