Laptop won’t start.

    Both lights are on now but still nothing

    Have you tried powering everything off then removing the battery and leaving it out, then (carefully!) plugging the mains cable back in and turning everything on?

    I had an ancient laptop once which would work only if the battery was not plugged in!

    Lol I ve tried most things but this laptop is only a couple of years old .

    My suggestion did not actually depend on the age of the laptop - it was simply an example!

    Sounds like hardware fault, so unless dropped or liquid spill etc, claim until the "6 year" rule.

  • Did it get wet? I experienced that before with my HP. My daughter spilled the water to the keyboard :(
