Achica refusing to deal with complaint

What have other people done to get help when Achica will not answer questions about missing indelivered items, inaccurate refunds, no refund for broken items, etc. I can't get anywhere with them. Please help.

What items did you buy, when did you buy them and what are the purchase prices?
How did you pay? By card? Debit card or credit card?
