    hi - i was checking the argos site for wii plays to see how far i would have to travel. !!!
    Found some at newbury retail park if anyone is near and whats one - did not reserve though so be quick

    My friend is on holiday in Thailand and Singapore. If she bought Wii Play and remote there, would it work here please?

    The remote should work, Wii Play will NOT though.

    Hope this helps anyone in the Edinburgh area.

    I managed to get a Wii Play today from a local Blockbusters for £29.99, so maybe worthwhile checking your local Blockbusters. Failing that I was in Asda, at the Jewel, yesterday and they had them behind the counter in the Music / Games section of the store.

    Looked like they had about 3 - 4. I asked them the price and they were £34.97.

    Managed to get a Wii last Thursday from Amazon, (£179) now got Wii Play. Kids are going to be happy on Xmas day.

    Many Thanks to everyone on the forums for their help in locating a Wii this Xmas.

    Thanks but tried both our Morries and no luck.

    Also, re charging the remotes; am I better getting a docking station or a normal charger with high capacity batteries? Which holds the charge longest?
