It’s the one in the roundel that is dangerous to mankind! The oblong one is an indication of a mere corporate type membership - updates on parking issues, newsletters, invite to ‘parking gimp of the year’ awards and the like.

Of no relevance to your situation, I’m afraid.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi all hope you are well, I submitted my defence and have now received my N 180'from the court and from gladstones and an N159 from gladstones also. Including the standard letter regarding them being happy to listen to any offers etc etc. and advise at this stage or just fill in the N180 as advised in the sticky and wait to hear back.

    Cheers.

You have to work out the amount you would pay a scammer ??
    £1 - £2 - £5 ..... certainly no more, especially incompetent Gladstones

JUST WAIT and watch how this scam develops

God forbid, their next wheeze is that they want it heard on papers.

Yes, the one the Court sends you. Not the one Gladstones attached.

I find it weird as I had a n180 from the court on Tuesday and then 1 from gladstones along with an n159 on Friday. Also with the forms from gladstones had the letter regarding seeing the cas on paper electing not to mediate and that they're willing to listen to offers.

Not weird. The claimant would rather have you fill in an n159 as that allocated to small claims with no hearing required. As noted above, fill out the n180 the court sent you instead.

afternoon all hope you're all well. I'm just wondering if its still normal to be awaiting my court date 8 months after I last heard from the courts?

Why not phone the court and ask them what is going on?

It is of course possible that some mail has gone astray.

It is equally possible that they have a backlog or some such other excuse.
