    The cost of 1.7p was the change for domestic customers. Businesses customers, as a rule, would be changed more. There were so many tariffs for business it's impossible know what's in your T&C's. Also a number of smaller dealers had their own sets of plans and changes.

    Agreed, the OP will have to dig out their paperwork to see what charges were relevant to them, alternatively they could arrange to transfer their account to EE (or even port elsewhere if they find a better deal). Orange hasn’t been competitive for years.
