I normally spot the dates but my eyes are tired. That is a weird bit of stalking right there.

I've got to say that my experience has been completely the opposite - after serious issues using Royal Mail and UPS previously I have moved all my business to MyHermes and after sending several hundred parcels I have had 1 issue (parcel was somehow forgotten about at the depot and got to the customer a couple of days late). With RM in particular I expected about 5% of my shipments to be reported as INR by buyers.

My experience too - all positive. maybe i've just been lucky

  • OMG, my pop corn has nearly run out. Has the parcel arrived yet!!!???

  • Based on the phone call I received and the fact that an investigation could not be carried out adequately. I am left in a position to refund the recipient and take a huge loss or make a complaint and take a huge loss anyway. Either way, I'm out of pocket.

Distribution manager has no idea if the parcel was delivered. The courier is able to manipulate and cover up their tracks completely undetected by MyHermes.

At the end of the day, I paid and handed over the parcel to them, as paid for in store. It is in their hands and their responsibility to ensure it gets to the recipient without it being lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address.

I have a receipt and tracking number to prove it was handed over to them - At the end of the day, IT IS HERMES RESPONSIBILITY to ensure it is delivered. They are not able to

show any proof it was delivered and the thieving sod them employ to courier it to the address cannot prove delivery.

The pitiful compensation they offer does nothing for the what I have lost using their service and making a complaint is on deaf ears as they never respond or they just mark the call as resolved.

They are total criminals and useless and I hope they loose all their customers and go into liquidation which is more than they deserve.
