can i discover how many days a house has been on the market for?

    To the OP. Got your PM. I have PMd you the info but here it is,

    Hi,

    The system shows it hit Rightmove on 07/09/07 and was not with any other agent (who advertises on Rightmove) before this time.

    To be honest it looks like a lovely house from the pictures etc.

    Remember pay for the house what its worth to you. Only you know the area you live in and how quickly houses move.

    If the market is tough and stale where you are you may get a deal if the house looks over priced compared to others. If the market is still good then it may already be a good price. To give you an idea - if its stale (like one area where i am) then about £10k off the asking price would be right, and if its good then about 3k off would be good). Again this is where I am but gives you an idea.
