You gave him a 21/22 month tenancy at the outset?
Must have been an o.k tenant after all if he's lasted until now.0 -
So you have a 'sex offender' as a tenant?
That covers a multitude of sins (pun intended) many of which should be of no concern to the neighbours. Has he actually caused the neighbours any problems....?
Another (admitedly lesser sin) is for a business person to be unaware of the legal framework within which his business operates.
Still, better late than never:
* Ending/renewing an AST: what happens when a fixed term ends? How can a LL or tenant end a tenancy? What is a periodic tenancy?
* New landlords (1):advice & information :see links in next post
* New landlords (2): Essential links for further information0 -
For those of you that would be happy to have a !!!!!phile living next door, this one will be looking for a new landlord soon, please message me with your address so that I may advise him where his next residence will be.
Not a landlord? then surely you have a spare room, take him in as a lodger, bet I don't get knocked over in the rush. As they say, put your money where your mouths are. Give him a second chance as you persist on telling me.
What does it feel like to be perfect, answers on a back of a stamp please. Bye.0 -
Why did you ask for advice on here? You haven't listened to anything anybody has said, you haven't answered any questions, particularly as to how you came by your information. They may well be looking for new accommodation soon, but I suspect, due to your incompetence and inability to listen, further into the future than you would like.0
