Capital One online statement

Interesting. I've just checked my Capital One cashback card's online statement, and £129.35-worth of current transactions have disappeared. The balance is still these plus the as yet unpaid bill (its on a full DD, before anyone panics!) though. I've taken a printout.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

Thanks. I am expecting a refund of about £140, so was wondering if (despite their previous advice to the contrary) a negative balance had caused a problem. OTOH, my refund could have crashed their whole system ...The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

so its your fault then0

same here.
Despite the great 4% cashback I'm getting with Capital One atm, I have to say, I really don't enjoy using them!!
Sometimes it seems to take ages for transactions to appear on my statement (which isn't the case for other CCs I have); their customer services in my experience is useless; I don't like not being able to make debit card payments through their website and the fact it takes 5 days to show up once I have made a payment.... anyway....0 -

0800 952 5150
press '1'
enter 16 digit card number
enter your DOB
comes straight back with a statement balance (basically one day behind) then an available balance - which equals credit limit minus the missed day's transactions minus any payment received up to yesterday
follow additional prompts to get 'last five transactions' read out.
I don't rely on the online statements - I go by the phone report as it's more up to date.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -
Online system still "glitched". So much for "a few hours".
PS. AOK now. And my refund is now showing, bringing my balance to just over -£11. Spooky. If it was me, please accept my unreserved, personal and grovelling apologies.
PPS. The minus balance won't last for long - its shopping and petrol tonight! The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
