Ill also review and edit post concerned posts..0 -
They have not produced any evidence of the drivers alleged contravention, they admitted that they do not have the entry and exit times into the car park. Could someone advise on how best can I word this in my Popla appeal ?

I see you have now corrected post #17, but what on earth is that that you have quoted here?
We were talking about blowing toes off... you seem to want to take the whole foot off!!
Please adjust post #20 and where you have quoted the same in the post above.
Do you think we are being too fussy?
The parking companies trawl these forums just waiting for people to trip themselves up.

Post #1 still needs similar adjustment.0 -

Hi Guys just another thing to note. In their reply to my appeal they also mentioned this:
"I have looked at photographic evidence of the vehicle and I have enclosed some of our photographic evidence for your perusal"
However they did not attached any photographs in the email..
So I suppose I can also appeal under the grounds of "There have been a procedural impropriety by the charging authority" for this and also for the fact that they never sent a NTK within the 57 days?0 -
What do you mean “procedural impropriety” ?
This isn’t a council pcn. There’s no such thing as that in the private ticket world.0
