Looks quite striahgt forward to me, I logged in and saw my recent orders were already over 30 days old.

As you correctly say, the process looks straight forward. I have purchased several UA products and had confidence in their returns procedure ..... until I tried to use it.

I feel sure if and when I am able to get a response from UA they will meet their obligations to accept a return.

This number works fine for me on both my mobile and landline:

00800-82766871 ( I did put 141 ahead before dialling on my landline)

Good news.

I eventually got in touch with UA using my office landline. My call was answered by a very pleasant lady in the Netherlands.

It appears 00800 numbers are blocked by my mobile provider and there was a typo with the e mail address which was assigned to this order.

Anyway all is well now :j
