Heads up

I have previously purchased great merchandise from Under Armour. Unfortunately my recent order was not what I expected and I am trying to return it.

There is no returns address, website states I must first obtain a returns authorisation and label.

Their website does not recognise my order number

They offer "help" on their facebook page. I posted a message and received this response
Under Armour typically takes a week or longer to reply.

Seems I have no other options(?) and I cannot return the item.

I shall not be buying online from them again.

When you say "it is not what I expected", was it incorrect or just a change of mind? Are you trying to return within their generous 30 day returns period?

You say you can't get the system to recognise your order, have you tried to login or use the guest login order details?

Their Twitter response is usually within a few hours, perhaps try there.

Although it doesn't say so I think the number may be in the Netherlands, it's pretty clearly not a valid UK number.

    http://www.underarmour.co.uk/en-gb/contact-us.html

There's a fax number on that page that definitely has a Dutch dialling code, but finding a fax machine may be easier said than done.

Their head office customer service number in the USA is on this page.

Or you can contact the board here.

Or you could Tweet Andy Murray, who may be their highest profile sponsered UK sportsman.

Well you have a generous 30 day returns under their policy.

Their return form is here https://www.underarmour.de/on/demandware.static/-/Sites-EU-Library/default/dw4623d805/pdf/UK-Returns-Form.pdf

If you paid by Paypal, you may be eligible for a free return, how did you pay? Although UA do offer free returns if you can get your order number to work on their site.

*note on the returns form they drop the 0 - have you tried the telephone number using the UK format 0800 (rather than 00800)? Just a thought....

I have read their returns policy. The issue is getting UA to honour that policy. You call it generous. I call it very poor after sales service. I also know that I am entitled to return any item within 14 days per EU Law, but it is proving very difficult to exercise my right to a refund.

Under distance selling regulation it does not matter what method of payment was used.

    0800-... does not work either.

I didn't ask because it made a difference to "distance selling regulation" (doesn't exist) I asked because it may be an easier route to getting your money back.

I'll leave you to it, you seem to know all you need to know.

BTW, this board isn't for help.
