Dog walked, kongs done, stuff put away.

Plumber turned up at 10ish and then disappeared for an appointment so won't be back before midday at a guess. And therefore won't be finishing the work today... and has a full day job tomorrow (I was under the impression that he had a full day job here yesterday and today TBH). He'll come back on Saturday, which means it will be done, but doesn't help my stress/exhaustion or give me much time to clear up after him and prep for the decorator.

I need to remember that it'll be over soon (and then I have to go to my mum's to help her clear up for the decorator and afterwards put everything back!).

Tipping with rain, so the gardener is doing inside jobs. So far all the curtain tie-back hooks have been installed. Hopefully that means a tiny bit more light making it into the house!

A mirror and a picture are going up that I can't do myself, and then all the shower/bath/basin sealant will be checked and redone if necessary. It's unlikely that it'll stop raining, so I don't expect any of the outside jobs to be done. But at least he's not sitting at home unpaid, and I'm getting things done that need doing.
