Sadly not. Nothing much coming on to the market. But no time to look now - packing up, moving then off traveling for work. I must remember to book my flights tomorrow...Moneyfordreams said:Any luck with house hunting yet?5 -
I have to admit there is very little being added on my watch list either, but you know you are in a much stronger position as a cash buyer when something does turn up.

One bedroom empty except for furniture to go into storage, furniture moved out to remove the worst of the dust/cobwebs behind it, floor hoovered. Now I can stack boxes in it... heavy boxes (books) are staying in my office, but the lighter ones can go upstairs. Hopefully I'll get another room done today.4

It sounds like you are making good progress, fingers crossed you get another room completed today 🤞

No problems staying hydrated - I'm an excessive water drinker and keep hitting my 3 litres way too early in the day. I've just spend AGES cooking a vat of mince, pulses and veg to get the meat out of the freezer... and will probably be eating the same thing every day until I move.4
