Update - Didn't claim on insurance but sent nice email to both DisneyWorld and UniversalOrlando.
4 day tickets for the whole party for free! Thats quite a few quids worth....

Yes but we had unlimited tickets if you know what I mean. i.e. the universal ones were 14 days unlimited use, and the disney ones were annual passes.
So we didnt "lose" two days worth of tickets as such just two days were unavailable for us to use them.
Very nice of both organisations I must say.0
