Neighbours cat is scratching our cars and she (neighbours) don't want to help at all.
Cat scratched both our cars and third (brand new) is under a cover but this cat sits on it too and play with the cover. I had enough of this.
Is there anybody with same problem and managed to resolve it ??

Have to say this one to new to me.
You've already approached the owner and got nowhere.
Cats have the right to roam but dogs don't.
What can be done about them damaging property I don't know.0 -
A cat used to like the warm bonnet of my car, and left muddy paw prints all over it, so when I saw it asleep one day I went back into the house to fetch a bucket of water. It never came back after that.0

I tried the water already few times...0

Do you mean deliberately scratching (which would be very odd - cats like scratching rough surfaces) or is the cat jumping onto your car and scratching it accidentally?
If the latter, I'm inclined to think that the cover isn't helping - the cat may think it's somewhere nice to sleep, but then has to 'slam on the anchors' when the cover slips over the smooth paint.0 -
Don't cats have retractable claws? I've had loads of cats sit on my car, never noticed that they'd scratched it. Are you sure its the cats causing the problem?0

Try spraying a cat deterent on the cover or attach something spikey to the surface of the cover0

Don't believe this for a minute. Cats don't scratch cars. Absolute tosh.0

This should be in the pet forum. It has nothing to do with marriage relationships and families.0

You need some cat repellant. Or a dog.0
