returned Virgin hub

I received an email from Virgin today, advising me that they have not received their equipment back (hub 3) and that if this was not returned back to them within 9 days I would be charged £40 for it.

But I returned the hub a while back and on the Collect plus website it says that it was returned to Virgin on the 22/9. I then phoned Virgin and spoke to a lady, but she was not able to access this info on the computer and because it was after 5pm the relevant department dealing with equipment was closed. She said that she would add the Collect plus reference number to my customer information, and that I was not to worry.

I am just concerned that I might be charged for the equipment. Has this happened to anyone else here?

    I just wanted to post a quick update. I got an email from Virgin today thanking me for the return of the hub. So that was a good result.
