From reading elsewhere on the forum £75 sounds a little light?0

Looking at the Financial Ombudsman's web site I see two cases of banks misdirecting mail.
Mail sent to neighbour with whom there was a bad relationship (had been previously assaulted by him) causing severe distress. Awarded £200.

Mail sent to neighbour causing "trauma". Customer rejected bank's £50 offer and claimed £5,000. Ombudsman felt that the bank's offer was sufficient. That was 12 years ago so £75 seems about right now.

Although I have a parallel issue with a different bank, I thought this one was closed off, however today a call from the bank revealed that they have issued several documents to the incorrect address. In addition to this despite having closed my credit card account seven months ago they have been regularly billing me the sum of £0. It took an hour to get this sorted today, the bank has now offered £120 in compensation is this about right?0
