My oil filled radiator, I have put towels on it for short periods of time for drying I am aware of the 'do not cover' sticker to tell you don't put owt on it....however so as not to disturb a sleeping pet, I left a big towel on it, for a long time, I guess its overheated it as the oil inside now makes it smell, like its got much too hot and burnt, and the smell won't go, would i need to have it re-filled with clean unburnt oil, (and where would I go for this?) or will the smell go, I cant imagine it will though? Anybody?? thanks.....

The oil is sealed inside the radiator so I doubt if it is oil that you are smelling.
It is more likely that the electrical wiring has got overheated; I would have that checked out by someone who knows what they are doing.0
