02 help please
Hi
my 12 month contract with 02 is about to end and have been offered £100 pounds cash back or a new phone if I renew.
As most people I have been affected by 02 deciding to charge for 08 numbers and I don't know whether to renew this contract or start with a different company (one that still includes 08 calls in their pay plan - if any other company has that)
Also I know some of you have managed to get better deals with 02 and i have been with them for about 5 years now.
Is there a chance i can have both the 100 pounds and a brand
new phone? More inclusive minutes, more cash back?
Any advice please!
Cheerio

you probably need to tell people what the monthly offered cost is and how many mins and texts they are offering, otherwise how can people assess the offer?

you are probably right.
Tariff is called O2 Leisure - I get 1000 mins free off peak local calls (used to include the 08 numbers) and 100 free messages.
After VAT the cost is £25 pounds a month.0 -
so if after off peak useage
save more than £100 over the year on new tariff ( no tie/ no phone) and thats before any extras you can get them to agree to
Online Leisure 15 SIM Only
£15 a month
Pay Monthly contract

Includes Unlimited O2 calls ( whatever those are- can't see if these vcan be used peak!!)Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
