Should I address TNC at this point? Ignored since April and wondering whether I should just keep on ignoring? BPMA Insight suggests the odds are in my favour?0 -
TNC are debt collectors, continue to ignore. The only thing that will get them off your back is a cheque! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

A good start is the boss.
But hey, depending on his reply, the world is open for you
Facebook, Twitter and your local press
I am sure Guy will understand about these scammers
and take the appropriate action to get rid of them0 -
I did get a response, very much of the ostrich variety, bandying about words such as "defamatory". However, they assured me that they are investigating.
I have asked them if they have a any objection to me publishing their letter in full. If they have it will not look well for them. .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Yes, send it to the boss of the firm, if it was not signed by anyone in particular.I was considering sending it to the Partner of the firm, Guy Hopson? Would that be best do you think?
I would be inclined to give them time to reply first. To be fair this may be news to them too.But hey, depending on his reply, the world is open for you
Facebook, Twitter and your local press
Be interesting to see what their investigation turns up, as above.I did get a response, very much of the ostrich variety, bandying about words such as "defamatory". However, they assured me that they are investigating.
Haha, once again, well played Sir! Perhaps you should invite them onto this forum for a factual and friendly discussion about it?I have asked them if they have a any objection to me publishing their letter in full. If they have it will not look well for them.

I have now had another email, very hostile, in fact, quite rude. We have clearly touched a nerve.
They think that this is none of my business, and are even threatening me. They do not want me to correspond with them further, they do not want me to publish the exchange of emails.
Let us see how they perform in court, after all, they could hardly do worse than Gladstones and BWL.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

That is a shame considering you were attempting to help
At this point we can only hope that they read the whole
forum and especially the Parking Pranksters huge blog0
