Boiler service mess up

Had my old oil boiler serviced last week and the guy messed it up and it was misfiring bad. He was sent back to put it right but whatever he did only worked when he was here and next day was back to square one. A different guy came out and re-did everything and all seemed ok. Next day boiler did not start and needed to be reset. On restarting it has blown back and blown the both the flue off the boiler and the top off the chimney. Really don't know what I should do now. Furious that it looks like it will now cost a big load of money to put right but where to start!

Start with a formal letter of complaint to the company who sent the engineers.
Make clear the condition of the boiler before the service, list the dates (and engineer names?) of each visit, plus list the issues that have arisen, with dates.
Ask that the company put things right within 7 days.
Then see what happens.
I assume you used a reputable OFTEC company?0
