Those creditors are taking the mick! Hopefully it bodes well for a good resolution though.
Another bookworm here, I am trying to reduce my collection now though and just keep those I love."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I'm glad someone finally called you back, I know they have been a nightmare to deal with but you will know very soon what you are dealing with, get straight back on the phone to them after the 48 hours (bonus that today isn't a Thursday!).Change the way you see things and the things you see will change0

My sister is visiting from the other side of the country. I only see her twice a year so I'm taking today and Friday off to spend with her. I'm looking forward to seeing her and it will take my mind off worrying about money for a bitI will try to have a low spend day.
We ordered our Tesco shop online yesterday and managed to only spend £74.40 plus £3 delivery charge, so within budget apart from delivery :T Had to delete a couple of items to keep to the budget

Well done on the Tesco shop. I am planning a full tesco shop as they were kind enough to send me a £9 off £60 spend, it's the only time I shop there now. I am going to use mysupermarket to work out where the best bargains are.
Time out with your sister is probably just what you need.
I know it doesn't help much but at least you know you are doing the utmost to get your situation finally sorted. Unfortunately you can't legislate for a company that works so slowly. I wish companies that develop these systems would remember that they are dealing with people, not sets of figures.
Have a lovely break for the next couple of daysDon't get it perfect - Get it goingBetter Than Before1
