Just followed ElizabethHull's tip about the best time to book an online supermarket delivery but no luck for me. Nothing at all from Sainsburys for the next 3 weeks.
The supermarkets have bookings slots for say, up to 3wks ahead. Given that all the possible slots for those days are taken, at midnight the slots for 3wks and one day come on line. Does that make better sense ? Better a slot 3 wks away than none.5 -
I've come across this Clinical Frailty Scale on the NHS website https://www.scfn.org.uk/clinical-frailty-scale
But I can't work out where I would be on the list as I have asthma, but I'm slim and very physically fit and active for my age. What number would I be?
I think DH would be a 3 as he has diabetes and is not very fit, but he can do everything for himself without needing help. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Hi HHD
Forget C-19, these everyday bugs are a nuisance as well aren't they when you can't shake them off. Shame about getting out to Dartmoor but at least you have a nice park near you to make use of.
The 3 week rota sounds a good way of doing things. Will you get paid for the 2 weeks you're not working?
I think I'd be a 3 on the scale as well but my underlying problem is heart related so don't fancy my chances if it comes to it. Somebody younger and fitter than me would probably be better having treatment in what I suspect will become choice related in weeks ahead. xx6 -
I should get paid my full pay (such as it is) as I'm a permanent staff member and the head was adamant in the staff meeting that we'd all get our pay.
I suppose it's better than being a 9 TF2 😥.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I suppose it's better than being a 9 TF2 😥.And yes, there are people out there, who are a lot younger, but physically worse so I thank my lucky stars I am where I am even if it's not exactly tip top condition. xx

DH drove DS1 to the supermarket early to get a couple of items. Whilst DS1 tried to keep away from people, other people didn't seem to be getting the message and were coming too close to him 😱. Because the aisles were narrow it was hard to keep as far away from people as he would have liked. At the checkout he had to wait at the end of the conveyor belt, but there was nothing to stop people standing directly behind him or walking past him very closely 😱.
I feel worried and I really hope that DS1 hasn't been exposed to infection just by one trip to the supermarket 😟. We have plenty of food now so I hope that we can leave it at least a week before we go to a food shop again. People still don't get it 😡.
