Cheapest 2 year deal for iPhone 7 + 2gb

I was considering:
- mobiles.co.uk EE 2GB @ £22.99x24 plus £199.99 up front which comes to £752
but then I came across:
- Plusnet 2.5GB @ £7x24 plus £549 (from elsewhere) giving £717.
May also be able to get £60 cashback from TopCashBack.
Anyone know of a better deal or is it better to wait for a price cut on the iPhone 7?
