Backbityer - I emailed photos to the UK head office when my first case became faulty. They agreed to replace but I had to pay carriage so it was not worth it. I emailed the store where I had bought it and they were fantastic and told me to take it back. I did, with the receipt and tags that I had kept. No quibble, money back straight away.
A few months later I took the second one back to a different shop. Totally opposite attitude and refund refused even though I argued my case. I rang their head office, explained and within 30 mins I was back in the shop for a full refund.
