Tental gone bust

My broadband provider has gone bust and moving my contract to another provider. I'm not happy with the provider that's taking over my contract. Do I still need to abide by my contract deal? Or can I cancel my contract with no additional fees? Thanks.

What does the letter you got from TT say ?, if there is no change in what you get and what you pay, then it's possible you don't get a choice, if the terms have changed you probably should be allowed to move to someone else penalty free, but if the only change is the name on the bill, then perhaps you only have the same choices as if Tentel were still providing your service.
I dare say TT will have had legal advice on it, and if the letter says nothing about your right to move penalty free just because you don't want to us TT, then perhaps you have no 'right' ...I'm sure someone with a better legal knowledge will offer an informed view
