Uptick in nuisance calls

If you don't recognise the number then don't answer it. If it's important they'll leave a message.
Simply by answering you are confirming they have hit on a live number which will be added to yet more lists and sold on.
Since adopting this policy a few years ago I can't remember when I last got a call from an unrecognised number.

Actually we have had a few ,rather than very few,recently; all international or out of area and none of the fake number ones.


However,to order rewards from Valued Opinions, you have to wait for them to ring you with a code, which when entered releases the reward and their call came through as out of area,but I answered as it was expected.
