Maybe someone from ES is plagurising or used to work for ANPR.
Now I think about I am sure I have seen ANPR mentioned on one of their signs. Hmmm maybe that was for the proper meaning of ANPR.0 -
Handed in my WS and evidence bundle this morning. (All nicely paginated and cross-referenced).
Will be emailing the same bundle to the Claimant's solicitor tonight.
Now leaves me over 3 months to prepare my Skeleton Argument for court appearance and prepare my costs schedule.
Before Christmas I want to apply to the Land Registry to see the 4 titles found by doing my SIM map search mentioned in post #87.0 -

OK just got the 'title register extracts' for the 4 titles for the relevant land.
Three of them are mostly the same information.
I am little confused as the extract for all of them has details of companies under 2 headings:
1) "Registered Owner(s)"
2) "Lender(s)"
Further on in the document it mentions a Deed being setup between all 4 companies (Registered Owners and Lenders)
Question for forum:
What is the difference between a "Registered Owner" and a "Lender"?
(Is it simply the Lender(s) have lent money to the owner(s))
This information is relevant as the Claimant's parking contract from their Witness Statement mentions the name of the 1 of the Lenders.0 -

Yes, the lender is the mortgage lender. So they don't own the land, they just have a charge over it via the terms of the loan/mortgage.
Only the landowner can grant the ppc rights to operate on the land. Or occupier as the occupier may have acquired rights to manage the land from the landowner via the lease or rental agreement.
