Have MSE, yet again, got their facts wrong? I think so.

Where does this 50% reduction come from in the first column of both tables? Importantly they have also missed the AND out of the qualification of timings on re-routing. This could make a difference to some people.

    I think it's meant to reflect article 7.2 which allows airlines to reduce the compensation amout due if the rebooked flight arrives within certain time limits relative to the original flight.
