Well got a shock today as we finally got our final statement (we would have been complaining on Monday otherwise). In part due to their over estimating gas usage instead of saving our readings, we have a significant credit balance to look forward to. I just hope they stick to or beat their 14 day limit for that part.

Don't go with Flow. I am did and a year later left. The statements are weird, late or missing. They overcharge on the monthly direct debit, run up a big credit and won't give you your money back when you go.
