I owe them £37 after switching in February.
The direct debit was stopped the month before as I was in credit.
I dont dispute the £37 but after requesting their bank details to several times enable payment, and receiving an auto acknowledgements, nothing.
I am not complaining!

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left!
