That may be so, but you'll need POPLA to confirm that and have your ticket cancelled. But you won't get that until you've first appealed to PE, get your POPLA verification code from them and then construct a comprehensive, winning appeal to POPLA.I think I'm right in saying as they've not notified me within 14 days of the event then I'm not liable to payPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum.
