Blessings to you, friend in need :-). I have phoned the court and they informed me that Gladstone has filed for a default payment on the 14.09.2017. I was told that my only option would now be to ask the judge to set aside the decision and if that was to happen I can file a defence. In your opinion, is it worth doing that, or just a waste of time? How likely is the judge to set aside a judgement?
Why didn't you put a defence in?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello Coupon-mad. I didn't know at the time that I could put a defence in, I have never come across this before. And it appears that it is now too late for that, so I will have to see how this works out in the end.0

The same correspondence that you intended to use to acknowledge the claim should have contained information on how to appeal and the form to use
If it didn't then you might have grounds for a set aside!0 -

How it now works is you either pay up in full, or get a CCJ. Flipping awful. :mad:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
