Ipsos/Acop/Home of Research - Are they worth it?

It's Valued Opinions. And just a word of warning, if anyone has enough credits on VO, don't order any John Lewis or Arcadia vouchers as there are huge delays for some reason. I'm still waiting on mine from July.

With Ipsos, how long does it take for points to be added to your account? I did a survey on Tuesday but still haven't had any points added on!

it's worse that they don't tell you how many points a survey is worth! :mad:

This is what IPSOS sent me in an email.

"Please be advised that all accounts are updated every 3 weeks, so the points that you earn in a survey will not immediately appear in your points account."

It is annoying that they no longer say in their emails how many points you will get for completing the survey.

As with some of the other MSEers, I didn't get many surveys to start with, but I get quite a few now. I have been earning quite a decent amount with them, £30 this month for doing some very short and even fun surveys!

My only negative comment would be that they can take ages to send out the vouchers and they get a bit huffy if you ask when you can expect to get your vouchers!

I've now received 10 surveys from IPSOS and have only been able to complete one, all the others i have got halfway through and the videos dont load :mad:
Emailed IPSOS they email back saying they could find no problems with the survey, try again still dont work. Email for another link, but too late survey is closed!
Obviously not getting any points for the 10 mins i have already spent filling the surveys out though :eek:

So its not just me that is having the problems.


I was doing a survey the other day, and finally got the first video to load, but then the second wouldn't.
I have the most problems with Ipsos video downloads than any other survey company. But then again, Ipsos is my best survey site.
