Its happened to me too. I waited and waited patiently for a month. After that I decided to email and they shipped me a voucher next day {saying delay its due to postal strike:o }. So its obviously better to remind them.

Does anyone actually know how many points you get for doing each IPSOS survey? It normally says this will take 20 minutes or so, but it never mentions points or anything. I hope I am not doing surveys and not getting any points for them! Any advice? Ta muchly.

I think IPSOS credit accounts on the 1st and 15th of each month. Not sure though.

Has anyone else who ordered vouchers in November got them yet ? they are ignoring my emails :rolleyes:

If you go to your GIFT AREA on IPSOS, you will be able to see your pending orders and viewing history. If your vouchers have been processed it will show in your viewing history.

I ordered Argos vouchers on 22 October and the order was processed on 14 November.

I have heard back form Ipos and vouchers that have been ordered within the last 2 weeks of november are processed and will be sent out in the next 2 weeks, as its slightly less than that until xmas you may or may not get them in time for christmas.

Thanks for the JUSTAGUY. However, no one has answered my question. How do people know how many points are on offer for each survey before doing it? Other companies like VO/MYTNS state at the start that you will get however many Nectar points of Pounds. I don't see that with IPSOS ones.HELP!
