New plastic oil tank and heating system

Hi , after trying for some time to get somekind of affordable heating in my home ( i have no gas) i have chosen to install an oil tank and central heating system. ? condensor/combi boiler.

if any one could give me some advice on where to start/ research on companies that would be great and if anyone can recommend anyone, equaly that would be very usefull.

I live in manchester in a 2 bed bungalow,
