For those posters that told the OP that a house crash was never going to happen and to hold out rather than take a cash buyer, I hope you have sent your apologies to the OP.
I could see this credit crunch coming a mile off.
My only hope is the OP didnt listen to you and took the cash and ran...

With hindsight I could maybe have haggled up to 9 quid.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0
