Hotmail/outlook E Mails going into draft

Yesterday I found that emails I tried to send to Hotmail addresses were bounced back - something about being on a blacklist. It seems that many others have this particular problem and I assume it is connected to the one described in this thread. Correct?0

It may well be, although I haven't read any comments to that effect on the Downdetector site, but then I didn't read many of them when I realised that it was a global problem. It appears to have been sorted now, whatever it was.Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0
