My Zanussi washer/dryer is 15 years old and still going strong.

The washer is quite good but I rarely use the dryer, You have to remember that you are using the same tub for both washing and drying and this is not as large as a separate dryer. You will find that it takes longer to dry and because the tub is small, the clothes come out rather crumpled, unlike in a separate dryer.
  • I have a washer drier in my kitchen and is very good. Is a cheapo indesit, but makes a really good job!

What size of drum do you think a washer-dryer would have to be so that clothes did not come crumpled from the dryer?

    Some do have larger drums.
