Cash back problems

i had the same problem with phones4u when i signed 3 contract with them. at that time i took 6 months half price l/r. i sent my bills at 6 month but never got anything till 11 month despite calling them etc BUT suddenly one day they send me my check and then after 2 weeks another check of the same amount as a jesture of good will. is it or not i damn care i got 12 month half price l/r instead of 6.

Carphone warehouse have just Informed my cashback has been rejected.Sent away my 4th bill & Voucher but I sent it to early(a few days) ,I should have sent It after 4 months Connected.The paperwork I got with the phone was vague but after a email to them I received a email back stating I sent it too early and was returning my Claim.But when receiving my letter It wrongly stated my claim was too late so they cant return my claim but I still had a 28days to claim It.
I phoned them many time and eventually I get through to a unhelpful operator and she told me that the letter is a standard reply and no intension senting It Back .£360 for a 12 month contact I will never use them again:mad:

If you're still within the claim window dates send it again; they cannot refuse your claim if they receive it in time even if it was received earlier first. In addition, on your t&c you can still submit the remaining claims UNLESS you got it from Onestopphoneshop. Unfortunately it sounds like you may have though!

Yes ,Onestopphoneshop.I am now ineligible to claim for any future Claims,At the end of the letter they was kind enough to waive their of £10 for incorrect Claim.:mad:.For anyone in the same boat remember 4 months from connection.It seem the smallest mistake and that it.I wont use them again .Carphone warehouse

Ineligible because you ARE outside the claim window or because they say so??? Check your original t&c and work the dates out - DON'T just go by whatever they're telling you! You must be on the so-called "price-match" t&c. If your first bill DATED 120 days after CONNECTION isn't more than 30 days old (and you can get THAT to them before it is) you CAN claim and sue if they don't pay for ALL the cashback. Otherwise you ARE stuffed. Again, IGNORE whatever they are telling you and check THAT!
