New sim deal

rung vodafone up today for sim only deal got offered 5gb 500 mins unlimited txt for £10.50 on 12 month deal, sounds decent enough. Anybody got any similar deals ?

Well is Vodafone the only network you can use or get a good signal on ?

Three have £10 for 4GB data, AYCE texts and minutes for 12 months.

yes we get a good reception with vodafone. I know the 3 deal is slightly cheaper but 500 mins for me is ample.

Has anyone any experience of using the lesser known companies for a sim only plan? specifically looking at those that piggyback on O2 or Vodafone:
O2
Major players: Giffgaff*, Tesco Mobile, Sky Mobile
Minnows: LycaMobile, TalkTalk Mobile*

Vodafone
Major players: Talk Mobile
Minnows: Cortel Telephone, Glemnet, Highnet, Lebara Mobile, Ownfone, , Zest4 Mobile

Have had nothing but trouble with Vodafone. Their "customer care" will pass you around and give you the wrong information. Beware!!

Just been on uSwitch and they have (uSwitch exclusive) SIM only deal with Plusnet (EE) as recommended deal (limited time offer) and this gives the following for £10 per month:

Unlimited minutes and texts
5 GB data
Roaming in 52 countries appears to be included
